Summary:To provide an anesthesia maintenance device capable of maintaining anesthesia without making fish/shellfish die, and capable of transporting the fish/shellfish without impairing a product value.SOLUTION: An anesthesia maintenance device 1 of the fish/shellfish includes a water tank 10 for receiving fish/shellfish along with water or seawater, and oxygen-enriched air supply means 20 having a gas separation membrane module 21 and supplying oxygen-enriched air 4 to the water or seawater. In the anesthesia maintenance device 1 of the fish/shellfish, the oxygen-enriched air supply means 20 is characterized by controlling so that the oxygen-enriched air where the oxygen concentration is larger than 30%O2 and less than 60%O2 is supplied by being larger than 0.5 NL/min and less than 150 NL/min to the water or seawater in the water tank 10, and thereby the dissolved oxygen concentration in the water or seawater is maintained to be 60% or more and the dissolved carbon dioxide concentration is maintained to be 10 ppm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】魚介類を斃死させることなく麻酔状態を維持し、商品価値を損なうことなく輸送することか可能な麻酔維持装置を提供する。【解決手段】魚介類の麻酔維持装置1は、魚介類を水または海水とともに収容する水槽10と、ガス分離膜モジュール21を有し水または海水に酸素富化空気4を供給する酸素富化空気供給手段20と、を備えた魚介類の麻酔維持装置1であって、酸素富化空気供給手段20は、水槽10中の水または海水に、酸素濃度が30%O2より大きく、60%O2未満の前記酸素富化空気を、0.5NL/minより大きく、150NL/min未満で供給することにより、水または海水中の溶存酸素濃度が60%以上であり、かつ、溶存二酸化炭素濃度が10ppm以上を維持するように制御すること、を特徴とする。【選択図】図1
