Summary:To provide a battery device capable of adhering a heat transmission sheet to a battery cell and a heat exchange surface, while managing the thickness of the heat transmission sheet easily, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A battery device includes an exterior body 30 having two outside walls 33, a battery cell group 6 constituted of multiple laminated battery cells 60, a holding mechanism 7 for making the battery cell group 6 act a pressure in the direction for pressing against the outside walls 33, and a heat transmission sheet 39 between the outside walls 33 and the battery cell group 6. The battery cell group 6 has a stopper protrusion 616 at an upper part of the heat transmission sheet 39, and a protrusion 617 at a lower part of the heat transmission sheet 39, the inside 33a of the outside wall 33 has a recess 37 into which the protrusion 617 can be inserted, a gap S of the battery cell group 6 and the outside walls 33 is set by abutment of the stopper protrusion 616 and the outside wall 33 and engagement of the protrusion 617 and the recess 37 by the pressure of holding mechanism 7 in the pressing direction, the battery cell group 6 is held in place, and the heat transmission sheet 39 is collapsed between the outside walls 33 and the battery cell group 6 and narrowed down.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】伝熱シートをバッテリセルと熱交換面とに密着可能であり、伝熱シートの厚みを容易に管理可能なバッテリ装置及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】二つの外側壁33を有する外装体30と、複数積層されるバッテリセル60で構成されるバッテリセル群6と、バッテリセル群6に外側壁33に押し付ける方向の圧力を作用させる保持機構7と、外側壁33とバッテリセル群6との間の伝熱シート39とを備え、バッテリセル群6は、伝熱シート39の上位にストッパ突部616を有し、伝熱シート39の下位に凸部617を有し、外側壁33の内面33aは、凸部617を挿入可能な凹部37を有し、保持機構7の押し付け方向の圧力よるストッパ突部616と外側壁33との当接及び凸部617と凹部37との係合により、バッテリセル群6と外側壁33との隙間Sが設定され、バッテリセル群6が位置決め保持され、伝熱シート39は外側壁33とバッテリセル群6の間で押し潰されて隙間Sに挟着される。【選択図】図7
