Summary:To enable a container for hermetically sealing a workpiece to be downsized and a highly accurate leakage test to be performed, even when the workpiece has an extending portion.SOLUTION: A hermetic container 1 is used for performing a leakage test on a workpiece 100 having cross-sectionally circular extending portions 101, 102. The hermetic container 1 comprises container half bodies 10, 20, with a leakage test object part 105 of the workpiece 100 hermetically sealed by the joined state of these. Penetrations 6, 7 for putting the extending parts 101, 102 therethrough while in the joined state are formed in the first container half body 10 by notches 12, 13 and the notches 22, 23 of the second container half body 20. The interval between the joined surfaces of the container half bodies 10, 20 is sealed by a main seal part. A sub-seal part 40 is provided in each of the notches 12, 22, and the other seal part 50 is provided in the notches 13, 23. The sub-seal parts 40, 50 respectively have a semi-circular arc sealing surfaces 41, 51. The hardness of the sub-seal parts 40, 50 is lower than the hardness of the main seal part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ワークが延出部を有していても、ワークを密封する容器を小型化でき、高精度のリークテストを行なえるようにする。【解決手段】密封容器1は、断面円形の延出部101,102を有するワーク100をリークテストするために用いられる。密封容器1は容器半体10,20を備え、その接合状態で、ワーク100のリークテスト対象部105を密封する。第1容器半体10には切欠部12,13と第2容器半体20の切欠部22,23により、上記接合状態で延出部101,102を通すための貫通部6,7が形成される。容器本体10,20の接合面間は主シール部によりシールされる。切欠部12,22にはそれぞれ副シール部40が設けられ、切欠部13,23には他の副シール部50が設けられている。副シール部40,50は、半円弧シール面41,51をそれぞれ有している。副シール部40,50の硬度は主シール部の硬度より低い。【選択図】図1
