A first state determination section 171 and a second state determination section 172 in the processing chip 170 determine the target state on the basis of detection signals from the different detection parts 141. A reception pad 176 for receiving a detection signal to the first state determination section 171 is placed in a first reception area 176a. A reception pad 176 for receiving a detection signal to the second state determination section is placed in a second reception area 176b.
