Summary:To provide a manufacturing method of an oil lifter 25 which is suitable for small lot production.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an oil lifter 25 disposed so as to enclose an outer periphery of a shaft sealing member which seals a rotary shaft inserted into an oil chamber and having a cylindrical body 26, and an oil guide member 29 which is attached to an inner peripheral surface of the body 26 and inclines upward relative to a rotation direction of the rotary shaft.
