To provide an aqueous super water-repellent coating composition containing a hydrophobic silica fine particle powder which can form a coating film having super-water repellency and stain resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a super water-repellent coating composition for forming a super water-repellent coating film on a substrate, which comprises at least one hydrophobic silica fine particle powder (A), a dispersant (B) and a solvent (C), wherein the hydrophobic silica fine particle powder (A) is a silicon dioxide-based compound having an M value representing methanol wettability of 20 or more, the solvent (C) is composed mainly of water, the dispersant (B) is a water-soluble binder, the amount of the hydrophobic silica fine particle powder (A) is more than 0 pt.mass and 8 pts.mass or less based on 100 pts.mass of the super water-repellent coating composition and the solid content mass ratio of the hydrophobic silica fine particle powder (A) to the dispersant (B) is 9 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】超撥水性、耐汚染性を備えた塗膜を形成できる、疎水性シリカ微粒子粉末を含有する水系の超撥水性塗料組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】基材上に超撥水性塗膜を形成する超撥水性塗料組成物であって、少なくとも１種の疎水性シリカ微粒子粉末（Ａ）と、分散剤（Ｂ）と、溶媒（Ｃ）と、を含み、疎水性シリカ微粒子粉末（Ａ）は、メタノール湿潤性を表すＭ値が２０以上である二酸化ケイ素系化合物であり、溶媒（Ｃ）は、水を主体とし、分散剤（Ｂ）は水溶性バインダーであり、前記超撥水性塗料組成物１００質量部に対して前記疎水性シリカ微粒子粉末（Ａ）が０質量部を超え８質量部以下であり、かつ疎水性シリカ微粒子粉末（Ａ）の分散剤（Ｂ）に対する固形分質量比が９以上である、超撥水性塗料組成物である。【選択図】なし
