Abstract To provide a method for preparing a bittern-derived oxidation stress inhibitor, and an oxidation stress inhibitor of a cell.SOLUTION: A method includes: a process of removing precipitate after adding carbonate of alkali metal bittern obtained from deep seawater and preparing bittern-derived Mg-removed liquid; a process of adding alcohol of carbon number 1 to 5 to the bittern-derived Mg-removed liquid to remove precipitate and preparing bittern-derived alcohol-insoluble substance-removed liquid; and a process of sterilizing the bittern-derived alcohol-insoluble substance-removed liquid.
