Abstract | To reduce a degree to which a rider feels unpleasant due to operation noise of a cooling device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle camera is installed inside a window shield of a vehicle and comprises a cooling device and a control device. The cooling device cools this on-vehicle camera. At S101, S105, S110, the control device determines whether this on-vehicle camera has a high temperature or not. At S102, S106, S111, the control device operates the cooling device when it is determined that the on-vehicle camera has a high temperature. At S104, S108, S113, the control device operates an air-conditioner for the vehicle, as a sound generation process for generating sound by which operation noise emitted due to operation of the cooling device is made difficult to hear during the operation of the cooling device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
