To reduce a degree to which a rider feels unpleasant due to operation noise of a cooling device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle camera is installed inside a window shield of a vehicle and comprises a cooling device and a control device. The cooling device cools this on-vehicle camera. At S101, S105, S110, the control device determines whether this on-vehicle camera has a high temperature or not. At S102, S106, S111, the control device operates the cooling device when it is determined that the on-vehicle camera has a high temperature.
