Summary:To provide a decorative panel provided with a woodgrain tone sheet exhibiting woodgrain texture of natural feeling, that exhibits a high degree of freedom of woodgrain pattern, and is advantageous in cost.SOLUTION: A decorative panel 1 provided with a woodgrain tone sheet comprises a substrate 10 and a woodgrain tone sheet 20. The substrate 10 is made from structural plywood 10a. The woodgrain tone sheet 20 covers at least one main surface 101 of the substrate 10, and a woodgrain pattern is printed on a design surface 21 of the woodgrain tone sheet 20. A woodgrain direction of the woodgrain pattern on the woodgrain tone sheet 20 is identical to a woodgrain direction on the main surface 101 of the substrate 10. The main surface 101 of the substrate 10 exhibits a projected and recessed surface shape 15 having a plurality of recess-shaped substrate recessed parts 11 exhibiting woodgrain.
