Summary:To provide a technology of enabling a fuel cell system and a fuel cell ship comprising the same to safely and securely stop supply of fuel gas to a fuel cell device at the time of operation stop and prevent performance reduction caused by supplying air to the fuel cell device at the time of actuation.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: an upstream cutoff valve 11A and a downstream cutoff valve 11B provided in series on a supply path 10 to be capable of cutting off the supply path 10; a bleed valve 21 connected to a space 10B formed between the upstream cutoff valve 11A and downstream cutoff valve 11B on the supply path 10 to be capable of opening the space 10B to the outside; and valve control means 60 for controlling actuation of the bleed valve 21 in a form of closing the bleed valve 21 at the time of supplying fuel gas G1 and opening the bleed valve 21 at the time of stopping supply of fuel gas G1 and executing purge processing of supplying purge gas PG to the space 10B before starting supply of fuel gas G1 to purge the space 10B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃料電池システム及びそれを備えた燃料電池船において、運転停止時に安全且つ確実に燃料電池装置への燃料ガスの供給を停止しながら、起動時に燃料電池装置への空気の供給に起因する性能低下を防止することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】供給路10に直列状態で設けられて当該供給路10を遮断可能な上流側遮断弁11A及び下流側遮断弁11Bを備え、供給路10における上流側遮断弁11Aと下流側遮断弁11Bとの間に形成される空間10Bに接続されて当該空間10Bを外部に開放可能なブリード弁21を備え、弁制御手段60が、燃料ガスG1の供給時にブリード弁21を閉弁させ、燃料ガスG1の供給停止時にブリード弁21を開弁させる形態でブリード弁21の作動を制御すると共に、燃料ガスG1の供給開始前に空間10Bに対してパージガスPGを供給して当該空間10Bをパージするパージ処理を実行する。【選択図】図1
