To provide a coin depositing and dispensing device capable of surely conveying coins discharged from a coin storage part to a coin dispensing port.SOLUTION: The coin depositing and dispensing device 100 includes: a coin storage part 104 for storing coins; a conveying belt 134 for conveying coins M discharged from a discharge port 105 of the coin storage part 104; a coin dispensing port 111A provided at an end on a downstream side in a conveying direction (A direction) of the coins M; a coin regulating part 150A provided between the discharge port 105 of the coins M of the coin storage part 104 on the conveying belt 134 and the coin dispensing port 111A.
