Summary:To provide a powder storage container and a powder supply device that can prevent a powdery material from accumulating inside an opening coating part and prevent defective discharge of the powdery material, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A powder storage container 32 comprises: a powder storage part 33 that is formed with an opening 11 and stores therein a powdery material; conveying means 331 that conveys the powdery material inside the powder storage part toward the opening; and an opening coating part 34 that is attached to the powder storage part 33 to cover the opening 11, and the powder storage container has a discharge port W that discharges a powdery material discharged from the opening 11 to the inside of the opening coating part 34 to the outside.
