A first ventilation path 182 allows air to flow through a housing chamber consisting of at least one of a water electrolysis chamber 132, a storage chamber 140 and a supply chamber 152, and through an electric equipment chamber 104. A second air ventilation path 184 allows air to flow through at least one of the water electrolysis chamber 132, the storage chamber 140 and the supply chamber 152 except the housing chamber. The electric equipment chamber 104 is disposed on the most upstream position in the first ventilation path 182.
