In a sleeve 11 are formed, parallely in a backward and forward direction D1 of the plunger 12, two or more suction ports 14-17 through which inside of the sleeve 11 can be suctioned. Corresponding to a position of the plunger 12 that moves forward with respect to the sleeve 11, at least one of the two or more suction ports 14-17 is selectively communicated with a space 75 at a front side, and at least one of the two or more suction ports 14-17 is selectively communicated with inside of the recessed part 120 for suction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】吸引されたスリーブ内への外気の流入を防いで溶湯の暴れを抑制し、スリーブ内の安定した吸引を実現すること。【解決手段】ダイカストマシン100の射出装置1は、プランジャ12のチップ20に区画された吸引用凹部120と、チップ20の前端よりも前方の空間75とを吸引可能に構成されている。スリーブ11には、スリーブ11の内側を吸引可能な2以上の吸引口14〜17がプランジャ12の進退方向D1に並んで形成されている。スリーブ11に対して前進するプランジャ12の位置に応じて、2以上の吸引口14〜17のうちから選択的に少なくとも1つが前方の空間75と連通し、2以上の吸引口14〜17のうちから選択的に少なくとも1つが吸引用凹部120の内側と連通する。【選択図】図4 |
