To provide a useful sanitary washing device capable of maintaining a stable attachment position and cleanness.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device comprises: a body 200 including therein a functional member; a detachably attachable plate 300 detachably attachable to the body 200; and a fixture 400 to fix the detachably attachable plate 300 to a toilet bowl 110. The detachably attachable plate 300 comprises a screw hole 313 through which a bolt can penetrate. A circumferential gasket 320 is attached to at least the vicinity of a front edge of a lower face of the detachably attachable plate 300. A screw hole gasket 330 is attached to the vicinity of the screw hole 313. A lower end face of the circumferential gasket 320 is positioned lower than a lower end face of the screw hole gasket 330. The detachably attachable plate is installed inclined forward thereby capable of exhibiting a waterproof effect of inhibiting urine and dirty water coming from the front from entering a gap between the detachably attachable plate and the toilet bowl and capable of inhibiting, by the frictional drag of the screw hole gasket, misalignment of the detachably attachable plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】清潔性と安定した装着位置を維持することができる使い勝手の良い衛生洗浄装置を提供すること。【解決手段】機能部材を内蔵する本体２００と、本体２００と着脱可能な脱着板３００と、脱着板３００を便器１１０に固定する固定具４００とを含み、脱着板３００はボルトが貫通可能なねじ孔３１３を備え、脱着板３００の下面の少なくとも前縁近傍に外周パッキン３２０が装着され、ねじ孔３１３の近傍にねじ孔パッキン３３０が装着され、外周パッキン３２０の下端面より、ねじ孔パッキン３３０の下端面が下方に位置することにより、脱着板は前方側に傾斜した状態で設置されるため前方からの尿や汚水が脱着板と便器との隙間に浸入することを抑制する防水効果を発揮させることができるとともに、ねじ孔パッキンの摩擦抵抗により、脱着板の位置ずれを抑制することができる。【選択図】図８
