Summary: | To stabilize quality of products to be manufactured through a plurality of processes.SOLUTION: The present invention is a production system that produces products from materials by a production process having a plurality of processes, and the production system comprises: a plurality of production facilities that are responsible for performing the processes; and a control device that determines a control target value to be set to each of the plurality of production facilities. The control device is configured to, after acquisition of information on the property of materials used in the production process, refer to information on a combination of groups identified in accordance with relative merits of a route of a manufacturing condition set for each of the a plurality of groups segmented for each property of material that is a combination of plural items of property in one or more kind of material, and determine the control target value to be set to at least any of the plurality of production facilities. The relative merit is determined for the route for each lot to perform the production process on the basis of a quality item of each lot segmented for each combination among the plurality of groups segmented for each manufacturing condition in each process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】本発明は、複数の工程を経て製造される製品の品質を安定化させることを解決課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、複数の工程を有する生産プロセスによって、原料から製品を生産する生産システムであって、工程を担う複数の生産設備と、複数の生産設備に各々設定される制御目標値を決定する制御装置と、を備え、制御装置は、生産プロセスに投入される原料の特性の情報を取得すると、一種以上の原料における複数項目の特性の組み合わせからなる原料特性毎に区分された複数のグループに各々設定されるルートであり、各工程において製造条件毎に区分された複数のグループの工程間における組み合わせ毎に区分された各ロットの品質項目に基づいて優劣が判定された、各ロットが生産プロセスを経る際に辿った製造条件のルートの優劣に応じて特定されたグループの組み合わせの情報を参照し、複数の生産設備のうち少なくとも何れかに設定される制御目標値を決定する、生産システムである。【選択図】図15 |
