Summary: | To provide a high-strength fuel rail for direct-injection internal combustion engine capable of being adaptable to a fuel pressure rise of a direct-injection internal combustion engine (gasoline direct-injection engine system), namely, being immune to a high fuel pressure even if the fuel rail is molded thin relatively.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a fuel rail for a direct-injection internal combustion engine configured by copper-brazing an injector coupler to a stainless steel pipe. In the fuel rail for a direct-injection internal combustion engine, the stainless steel pipe is made of austenite stainless steel having an Si concentration (Si%) and a C concentration (C%) satisfying expression I (Si%)≤3.75(C%)+0.37 (wherein it leads (C%)≤0.08)(in the expression, a combination of atomic symbols and % means a mass% concentration of each of atoms in the steel).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】直噴内燃機関(ガソリン直噴エンジンシステム)の燃料圧力の上昇化への対応、すなわち比較的薄肉に成形しても、高い燃料圧力に耐え得る高強度の直噴内燃機関用フューエルレールを提供する。【解決手段】インジェクタカップがステンレス鋼製パイプに銅ろう付けされてなる、直噴内燃機関用フューエルレールであって、前記ステンレス鋼製パイプが、式I(Si%)≦3.75(C%)+0.37(ただし、(C%)≦0.08)(式中、原子記号と%の組み合わせは、鋼中の各原子の質量%濃度を意味する)を満たすSi濃度(Si%)とC濃度(C%)を有するオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする、直噴内燃機関用フューエルレール。【選択図】図2 |
