Summary:To provide a dialyzer and fluid replenishment control method, enabling appropriate fluid replenishment.SOLUTION: A dialyzer 100 comprises: a blood circuit 110; blood purification means 120; a dialysate circuit 130; circulation blood amount measurement means 140; replenisher injection means for injecting replenisher for recovering a circulation blood amount into the blood circuit; and a control unit 150 for controlling the replenisher injection means so as to inject a predetermined amount of replenisher into the blood circuit at predetermined intervals intermittently.
