To provide a light-diffusing multilayer resin plate which effectively suppresses glare by enhancing overall light diffusivity to prevent leak-through while also suppressing white blur.SOLUTION: A light-diffusing multilayer resin plate 1 of the present invention comprises: a multilayer coextrusion resin plate 20X including a surface layer 22 consisting of a base resin and an internal diffusion resin having a refractive index different from that of the base resin and containing 10 mass% or more of a light-diffusing substance having wavelength dispersibility, exhibiting a light wavelength-dependent refractive index, and a main layer 21 containing a base resin different from the base resin of the surface layer 22; and a surface light diffusion layer 30 formed on a surface of the multilayer coextrusion resin plate 20X on the surface layer 22 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】白ぼけを抑制しつつ、リークスルーのないよう全体的に光拡散性を高め、ギラツキを効果的に抑制することが可能な光拡散性複層樹脂板を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の光拡散性複層樹脂板（１）は、基体樹脂、及び基体樹脂とは異なる屈折率を有し、且つ光波長により屈折率の異なる波長分散性を有する光拡散性物質を１０質量％以上含む内部拡散樹脂からなる表層（２２）、並びに表層（２２）の基体樹脂とは異なる基体樹脂を含む主層（２１）を有する複層共押出樹脂板（２０Ｘ）と、複層共押出樹脂板（２０Ｘ）の表層（２２）側の表面上に形成された表面光拡散層（３０）とを有する。【選択図】図１
