To provide a faucet device that can prevent water from flowing out from a spout of a spout forming member along the outer surface of a spout member due to interfacial force, even when the spout member is configured to form a channel in the spout member by inserting a spout channel forming member from a first opening into the inside of the spout member.SOLUTION: A faucet device 1 of the present invention comprises a faucet body 8, a spout channel forming member 20, a spout forming member 22, and a spout member 4 which forms a first opening 4a and a second opening 4b, and in which the spout channel forming member forms a channel in the spout member by inserting the spout channel forming member 20 into the spout member from the first opening, and an adapter member 24 which is formed so as to attach the spout forming member 22 to project to the lower side of the second opening 4b of the spout member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】スパウト部材がスパウト内流路形成部材を第１開口部からスパウト部材の内部に挿入することによりスパウト部材内の流路を形成するように構成されている場合であっても、水が表面張力により吐水口形成部材の吐水口からスパウト部材の外面に沿って流出してしまうことを抑制することができる水栓装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水栓装置１は、水栓本体８と、スパウト内流路形成部材２０と、吐水口形成部材２２と、スパウト部材４であって、スパウト部材４は、第１開口部４ａ及び第２開口部４ｂを形成し、スパウト内流路形成部材２０を第１開口部からスパウト部材の内部に挿入することによりスパウト内流路形成部材がスパウト部材内の流路を形成するスパウト部材４と、吐水口形成部材２２をスパウト部材４の第２開口部４ｂより下方側に突出させた状態で取付けるように形成されるアダプタ部材２４とを備える。【選択図】図５
