Summary:To provide a puncture device which is equipped with a puncture depth adjustment mechanism that is composed of an injector and a lancet assembly.SOLUTION: A puncture depth adjustment mechanism consists of; a projection projecting from a plunger outward in a transverse direction; a cylindrical member equipped with an uneven part and a step part; and a spring member provided side by side to the cylindrical member along an axial direction of the injector. While the uneven part is provided for the cylindrical member in the way that a normal line of a surface forming the uneven part becomes almost parallel to the axial direction of the injector, a complementary shape part having a complementary shape to a part of the uneven part is provided for the injector/casing, and contact between a part of the uneven part of the cylindrical member and the complementary shape part of the injector/casing is held by a pressing force provided by the spring member. When the plunger moves forward before puncture, the plunger cannot move forward more than that by the projection of the plunger colliding with the step part of the cylindrical member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 【課題】穿刺深さ調節機構を備えた、インジェクターおよびランセットアッセンブリから構成される穿刺デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】穿刺深さ調節機構が、プランジャーからその横断方向に外側へと突出する突出部、凹凸部およびステップ部を備えた円筒部材、並びに、インジェクターの軸方向に沿って円筒部材と横並びに設けられたバネ部材を有して成る。凹凸部を成す面の法線がインジェクターの軸方向と略平行になるように凹凸部が円筒部材に設けられている一方、凹凸部の一部と相補的な形状を有する相補形状部がインジェクター・ケーシングに設けられ、バネ部材から供される押圧力によって円筒部材の凹凸部の一部とインジェクター・ケーシングの相補形状部との当接が保持されている。穿刺に際してプランジャーが前方に移動した際、プランジャーの突出部が、円筒部材のステップ部に衝突することで、プランジャーがそれ以上の前方へと移動できない。【選択図】図13
