Summary:To provide a power generation deterioration rate null solar cell module that enables a null guarantee of a power generation deterioration rate for 20 years in operation without depending on an installation environment.SOLUTION: It was found that passage of sodium ions to a silicon device is completely inhibited by applying a composite filling material 7, made of an ethylene-norbornene random copolymer film, sandwiched between EVA encapsulation materials to a gap between cover glass 3 and a power generation element 2. The present invention can completely prevent three deterioration modes of degradation over time, delamination power generation degradation, and PID degradation without correlation with an amount of water vapor intruding into a solar cell module. The invented solar cell module has a module structure having an acetic acid volatilization function by providing a passage capable of making acetic acid generated by deterioration of the EVA encapsulation materials in the module volatilize to a module edge part, which perfectly eliminates possibility of solder separation between an inter-connector and a cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】設置環境に依存することなく、稼働20年間の発電劣化率のゼロ保証を可能とする発電劣化率ゼロ太陽電池モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】カバーガラス3と発電素子2の間にEVA封止材でサンドイッチしたエチレン・ノルボルネンランダム共重合体フィルムからなる複合充填材7を適用することによって、ナトリウムイオンのシリコン素子への通過を完全に阻止することを発見した。本発明は、太陽電池モジュール内に侵入する水蒸気量に相関なく、経年劣化、デラミネーション発電劣化、PID劣化の劣化3モードを完全に防止できる。また、モジュール内で、EVA封止材の劣化により発生する酢酸をモジュールエッジ部に揮発できる通路を設けることにより、酢酸揮発機能を有するモジュール構造とし、インターコネクタとセルとのはんだ剥がれの可能性の一切を排除した太陽電池モジュールを発明した。【選択図】図4
