Summary: | To provide a method for jointing a double pipe in a heat exchanger capable of jointing an outer pipe and an inner pipe by brazing without labor.SOLUTION: The method for jointing the double pipe is applied to a heat exchanger having a double pipe including an outer pipe 1 and an inner pipe 2 made of aluminum alloy. The heat exchanger exchanges heat between a refrigerant flowing between the inner pipe 2 and the outer pipe 1, and a refrigerant flowing inside the inner pipe 2. In the jointing method, the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 of the heat exchanger are jointed to each other by brazing. In detail, a convex part 3 projecting in a radial direction toward the outer pipe 1 from an outer periphery of the inner pipe is formed on the inner pipe 2, and the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are jointed by brazing at the convex part 3. According to this method, since the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are jointed to each other by brazing at the convex part 3 in a state where an outer face of the convex part 3 is in contact with an inner periphery of the outer pipe 1 with the convex part 3 formed on the inner pipe 2, and the inner pipe 2 inserted into the outer pipe 1, the above-mentioned joint does not require much labor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】手間をかけることなく外管と内管とをろう付によって接合することができる熱交換器における二重管の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】上記二重管の接合方法は、アルミニウム合金製の外管1及び内管2からなる二重管を備える熱交換器に適用される。この熱交換器は、内管2と外管1との間を流れる冷媒と同内管2の内部を流れる冷媒との間での熱交換を行うものである。上記接合方法では、そうした熱交換器における外管1と内管2とをろう付によって接合する。詳しくは、内管2にその外周から外管1側に向けて径方向に突出する凸部3を形成し、同凸部3で外管1と内管2とのろう付を行う。この接合方法によれば、内管2に凸部3を形成し、その内管2を外管1内に挿入して凸部3の外面を外管1の内周に接触させた状態で、同凸部3において外管1と内管2とのろう付による接合が行われるため、そうした接合に手間がかかることはない。【選択図】図1 |
