To provide an absorptive wear article continuously suppressing unpleasant odor of feces, enabling a care giver to rapidly exchange by early stage feces acknowledgment of evacuation, and hardly causing a rash or the like, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: An absorptive wear article comprises an absorber containing water-absorbing resin particles (P) having a crosslinked polymer (A) having as the essential constitutional unit, a water soluble vinyl monomer (a1) and/or a hydrolyzability vinyl monomer (a2) and a crosslinking agent (b), a liquid diffusion member (B), and a perfume composition (C), and has an absorption amount (M) five minutes later by a DW method of the water-absorbing resin particles (P) of 30-65 ml/g. A manufacturing method of the absorptive wear article includes: a step of mixing the perfume composition (C) and the water-absorbing resin particle (P) so as to adhere (C) to the surface of (P); and/or a step of applying or spraying (C) to the surface of (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】便の不快臭を持続的に抑制すると共に、排便の早期便認知により介護者等が速やかに交換することを可能にし、かぶれ等が発生し難い吸収性着用物品、およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】水溶性ビニルモノマー（ａ１）及び／又は加水分解性ビニルモノマー（ａ２）並びに架橋剤（ｂ）を必須構成単位とする架橋重合体（Ａ）を有する吸水性樹脂粒子（Ｐ）、液拡散部材（Ｂ）並びに香料組成物（Ｃ）を含有してなる吸収体を備え、吸水性樹脂粒子（Ｐ）のＤＷ法による５分後の吸収量（Ｍ）が３０〜６５ｍｌ／ｇである、吸収性着用物品；香料組成物（Ｃ）と吸水性樹脂粒子（Ｐ）を混合して（Ｐ）表面に（Ｃ）を付着させる工程、及び／又は（Ｃ）を（Ｂ）の表面に塗布又は噴霧する工程を有する上記吸収性着用物品の製造方法。【選択図】なし
