To protect commodities displayed on respective commodity display shelves from falling rubbish and dust, when a plurality of stages of commodity display shelves are provided in a vertical direction in a commodity display chamber.SOLUTION: A hood cover device for a show case comprises: a pair of left/right leg parts 4 which is placed on a commodity display shelf of a show case, and extends in a cross direction of a near side and a depth side of the commodity display shelf; a pair of left/right arm parts 5 whose lower end sides are coupled to the respective leg parts 4 to extend upward, and which can be turned in the cross direction; a pair of left/right holding parts 12 which is provided on an upper end part of the respective arm parts 5, and which has guide grooves 13a, 13b being curved into an arc-shape in which both ends of the near side and depth side of the commodity display shelf are directed downward; and a hood cover 6 which comprises protrusion parts 14a, 14b slidably fitting on the guide grooves at both left/right sides, which is curved in an arc-shape in which both ends of the near side and the depth side of the commodity display shelf are directed downward, and which can be turned in the cross direction between a closed position for closing an upper side of the commodities displayed on the commodity display shelf and an open position for opening the upper side of the commodities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】商品陳列室内に上下方向に複数段の商品陳列棚が設けられている場合において、各商品陳列棚上に陳列された商品を落下する塵や埃から保護する。【解決手段】ショーケースの商品陳列棚上に載置され、この商品陳列棚の手前側と奥側との前後方向に延出する左右一対の脚部４と、下端側を脚部４に連結されて上向きに延出し、前後方向に回動可能な左右一対の腕部５と、腕部５の上端部に設けられ、商品陳列棚の手前側と奥側との両端が下向きとなる弧状に湾曲した案内溝１３ａ、１３ｂを有する左右一対の保持部１２と、左右両側に案内溝にスライド可能に嵌合する突部１４ａ、１４ｂを有し、商品陳列棚の手前側と奥側との両端が下向きとなる弧状に湾曲し、商品陳列棚上に陳列された商品の上方を閉止する閉止位置とその商品の上方を開放する開放位置との間で前後方向に回動可能なフードカバー６とを有する。【選択図】図１
