Summary: | To fill a rotor core having a pore in the axial direction, and a space extending in a direction orthogonal to the axis, with resin while restraining occurrence of void in the pore and the space.SOLUTION: A rotor core 30 has multiple pores 31 formed by open holes of a magnetic steel sheet 40 continuous in the axial direction L, and in some magnetic steel sheet 40, a thin wall part 52 having thickness thinner than a general part 51 is formed to connect two open holes. First and second pores 21, 22, as a pore 31, communicate with a plate surface direction H, by a communication space 10 formed between a thin wall part 2 and other magnetic steel sheet 40 facing the thin wall part 2 in the axial direction L. In a first step #1 for infusing fused resin to the first pore 21 from axial end on one side of the rotor core 30, resin is also made to inflow into the communication space 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】軸方向の孔と、軸に直交する方向に延びてその孔につながる空間とを有するロータコアの、当該孔及び空間におけるボイドの発生を抑制しつつ樹脂を充填する。【解決手段】ロータコア30は、電磁鋼板40の貫通孔が軸方向Lに連なって形成された複数の孔部31を有し、少なくとも一部の電磁鋼板40には、板厚が一般部51よりも薄い薄肉部52が2つの貫通孔を接続するように形成されている。孔部31としての第1孔部21と第2孔部22とは、薄肉部2と軸方向Lにおいて薄肉部2に対向する別の電磁鋼板40との間に形成された連通空間10により、板面方向Hに連通している。ロータコア30の一方側の軸方向端部から第1孔部21に溶融した樹脂を注入する第1工程#1では、連通空間10にも樹脂を流入させる。【選択図】図4 |
