Summary:To provide a method for recycling a magnetic ribbon for efficiently using an excess magnetic ribbon.SOLUTION: A method for recycling a magnetic ribbon is used including: a first processing step 1 of punching a necessary portion of a magnetic ribbon; a second processing step 2 of cutting the remainder of the magnetic ribbon after the first processing step into a fixed size; and a third processing step 4 of pulverizing the magnetic ribbon cut in the second processing step 2 to manufacture a magnetic powder.
