Summary:To provide greater treatment efficacy in reducing and/or slowing myopia progression that enhances the impact of myopic blur without interfering with foveal image quality.SOLUTION: Contact lenses 1200 incorporating an array of non-coaxial lenslets 1210 with additional refractive power that create non-coaxial myopic defocus within an optic zone 1206 of the lens may be utilized to prevent and/or slow myopia progression. The positive, non-coaxial lenslets 1210 cover about 20-80 percent of the central pupil area to deliver positive foci of light in front of the retina to slow the rate of myopia progression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12A 【課題】中心窩像の質を損なわずに近視ぼけの影響を強めてしまう近視の進行を弱める及び/又は遅延させるより高い処置有効性を提供すること。
