Summary:To acquire quality information for evaluating concrete based on image information obtained by imaging a flow state of concrete at the site or the like without considering imaging conditions including an imaging position and an imaging view angle.SOLUTION: A flow rate of a concrete sample 50 at the site or the like is imaged without considering imaging conditions including an imaging position and an imaging view angle. By executing the imaged image processing and analyzing changes (image conversion, contour extraction, contour averaging) in the contour, quality information for evaluating concrete is acquired. In this case, since an instrument or the like required for a slump flow test is unnecessary, evaluation of concrete samples in real time of unloading/loading at the work site becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】現場等におけるコンクリートの流動状態を、撮像位置や撮像画角を含む撮像条件を考慮することなく撮像した画像情報に基づき、コンクリートを評価するための品質情報を取得する。【解決手段】現場等におけるコンクリート試料50の流動状態を、撮像位置や撮像画角を含む撮像条件を考慮することなく撮像し。当該撮像した画像処理を実行すると共に(画像変換、輪郭抽出、輪郭平均化)、輪郭の変化を解析することで、コンクリートを評価するための品質情報を取得することができる。この場合、スランプフロー試験に必要な器具等が不要であるため、作業現場で荷下ろし仕立てのリアルタイムのコンクリート試料の評価が可能となる。【選択図】図2
