Summary:To solve the problem that the principle that power is generated by an air pressure can be determined preferential in comparison with a hydraulic turbine but since it is a fundamental principle that is considerably separated from the prior arts, it is necessary to accumulate accompanied technical constructions.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to providing a tank between water level differences and generating power with an air pressure inside of the tank during water supply/drainage and includes two inventions roughly. It is a structure in which there is no leakage even with a large flow rate valve, a rubber sheet is fitted to a high-pressure side of a water closed surface and when a water pressure is applied, the structure is sealed. Next, a hook of a fixed water closed part is released and a valve is opened. This is a first large flow rate valve and with respect to a second device, since water cannot be drained during the water supply by means of one tank and water cannot be supplied during the water drainage, efficiency of a water channel is deteriorated. Therefore, the two tanks are interlocked in reversed water supply and drainage, the efficiency of the water channel is improved, a structure meeting an air pressure generation step is provided by gears or cams for the mutual rotations of the valves which are functioned by two rotary shafts, and a device performs intermittent power generation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本出願は水車と比較して、空気圧で発電する本原理が優位と判断できるが、従来技術から大きく離れた基礎原理である為に、付随する技術構築を積み上げる必要がある。【解決手段】水位差の間にタンクを設け、給排水でのタンク内の気圧で発電するもので、本出願は大きく2つの発明がある。大流量弁でも漏れがない構造であり、閉水面の高圧側に、ゴムシートを当て、水圧が掛かると密閉される。次に固定された閉水部のフックを外し、弁を開ける。これが第一の大流量弁であり、第二の装置とは、1基のタンクでは給水時に排水できず、排水時には給水出来ないために、導水路の効率が悪くなる。それゆえ2基のタンクで給排水が逆の連動をさせて、導水路の効率を向上させ、2つの回転軸で機能する弁の、相互回転を歯車やカム等で、気圧発生ステップを満足させる構造を設け、断続の発電をさせる装置である。【選択図】図1
