Summary:To provide a control device that can acquire temperatures of cells of an exhaust gas sensor without separately providing a circuit for temperature measurement.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas sensor 100 comprises a first cell (a pump cell 150) for exhausting oxygen from exhaust gas generated in an internal combustion engine EG, and second cells (a sensor cell 160 and a monitor cell 170) for outputting a signal having a magnitude depending on a concentration of residual oxygen included in the exhaust gas after the oxygen is exhausted by the first cell.
