Summary:To overcome a problem that adsorption volume is not stable and there are many elutions when an immobilized tannin adsorbent, which has been proposed as an absorbent of useful metals or harmful metals, is used for beverage applications.SOLUTION: By controlling a graft rate so that a weight increase rate in liquid phase graft polymerization becomes 40% or less, when tannin is immobilized by applying a radiation graft polymerization method on fibers, reduction of agents involving in manufacturing the immobilized tannin adsorbent, and reduction of elutions and stabilization of an adsorption amount are achieved. The adsorbent manufactured by the immobilized tannin fiber manufacturing method is used for vanadium adsorption in the beverage. By providing a recycling method of the used adsorbent, the adsorbent is recycled and useful materials such as vanadium with enhanced purification is recovered at the same time.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 固定化タンニン吸着材は有用金属や有害金属の吸着材として古くから提案されてきた技術であるが、飲料用途に使用する場合、吸着容量が安定せず、溶出物も多いという問題があった。【解決手段】 繊維に放射線グラフト重合法を適用してタンニンを固定化する際、液相グラフト重合で重量増加率が40%以下となるよう、グラフト率を制御することによって固定化タンニン吸着材製造に関わる薬剤を節減し、溶出物の低減及び吸着量の安定化を図る。この固定化タンニン繊維製造法で製造された吸着材を飲料中のバナジウム吸着に使用する。使用済み吸着材の再生方法を提供することによって、吸着材を再利用すると同時に純度の高められたバナジウム等の有用物質を回収する。【選択図】なし
