Summary:To provide a dental video molding system that enables three-dimensional video display of a dental pulp, an intraosseous nerve passage and a tooth root as a visualization image, and thereby enables treatment easily and precisely.SOLUTION: STL data of a required image of an oral cavity part is acquired by an intraoral scanner or an in-house type scanner through a plaster figure, and two-dimensional DICOM data of an inner structure of a jawbone and teeth is acquired by CT scanning of X-ray computed tomography. The two-dimensional DICOM data is converted and combined into the STL data. A dental pulp, an intraosseous nerve passage and a tooth root are acquired as a visualization image. Thereby, the video in the oral cavity part is molded by using a transparent raw material and a 3D printer. The STL data can be divided for each of teeth and the video can be molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】歯髄、骨内の神経通路、歯根を可視化画像として立体的に映像表示して、容易に、精密に治療が行なえるようにする歯科用映像造形システムを提供する。【解決手段】口腔内スキャナーまたは石膏模型を介したインハウス型スキャナーで口腔部の所要画像のSTLデータを取得するとともに、X線断層撮影のCTスキャンで顎骨、歯牙の内部構造の二次元DICOMデータを取得し、上記二次元DICOMデータをSTLデータに変換合成して歯髄、骨内の神経通路、歯根を可視化画像として取得して、透明素材を3Dプリンターで口腔部の映像を造形するようにしている。STLデータを歯牙ごとに分割して映像を造形することもできる。【選択図】図1
