Summary:To suppress a reduction of vibration-proof performance due to a reduction of a resonant frequency.SOLUTION: A circuit board comprises a plurality of fastening holes used for fastening to a predetermined component, and is fastened to the predetermined component with a fastening tool inserted into the plurality of fastening holes together with the mounting of a plurality of electronic components to a surface. In a circumference of each fastening hole, a stress relaxation part for relaxing stress is formed at a position for avoiding a straight line connecting between adjacent other fastening holes.
