Summary:To excellently photograph an inner peripheral surface of a hole in a short time.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a light source that emits illumination light for illuminating an inner peripheral surface of a hole formed in a hole formation direction from a surface of a photographing object; a head part that has a plurality of return mirrors, and rotates around a rotation axis parallel with the hole formation direction in a state where the plurality of return mirrors guide the illumination light to a mutually different area in the hole formation direction of respective inner peripheral surfaces and are inserted into the hole so as to take out reflection light to be reflected in the area from the hole; an image rotation correction unit that guides the plurality of reflection light taken out from the head part to an imaging unit as rotating around the rotation axis so that a rotation angle per a unit time is half a rotation angle of the head part, and keeps a direction of an image to be photographed by the imaging unit constant; and an optical path length difference correction unit that guides the reflection light to the imaging unit as adjusting an optical path length of the reflection light from the image rotation correction unit to the imaging unit in accordance with a difference between optical path lengths of the plurality of reflection light in the head part for each reflection light to be emitted from the image rotation correction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】孔の内周面を短時間で良好に撮像する。【解決手段】撮像対象物の表面から孔形成方向に形成された孔の内周面を照明するための照明光を発光する光源と、複数の折返ミラーを有し、複数の折返ミラーがそれぞれ内周面のうち孔形成方向において互いに異なる領域に照明光を導光するとともに領域で反射される反射光を孔から取り出すように孔に挿入された状態で孔形成方向と平行な回転軸まわりに回転するヘッド部と、単位時間当たりの回転角がヘッド部の半分の回転角となるように回転軸まわりに回転しながらヘッド部から取り出された複数の反射光を撮像部に向けて導光して撮像部で撮像される像の向きを一定に維持する像回転補正部と、像回転補正部から出射される反射光毎に、像回転補正部から撮像部までの反射光の光路長をヘッド部における複数の反射光の光路長差に応じて調整しながら撮像部に導光する光路長差補正部とを備えている。【選択図】図3
