To provide a slide latch lock suitable for using a door in an inward open manner normally, and using the door in an outward open manner in an emergency.SOLUTION: The slide latch lock includes: a stopper 80 disposed so as to be movable between a lock position where the sliding of a latch 40 is stopped and a lock-releasing position where the sliding of the latch 40 is allowed; and an elastic member 90 biasing the stopper 80 toward the lock position. The latch 40 can slide between a locking position where a door 10 is prevented from opening inward and outward, an unlocking position for inward opening where the inward opening of the door 10 is allowed but the outward opening of the door 10 is prevented, and an unlocking position for outward opening where the outward opening of the door 10 is allowed. A lock position of the latch 40 by the stopper 80 is a position where the latch 40 is stopped in the unlocking position for inward opening. By pushing and turning an unlocking tool K, the stopper 80 is moved to the lock-releasing position and the latch 40 is moved to the unlocking position for outward opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】通常時にドアを内開きで使用し、非常時にドアを外開きで使用するのに好適なスライドラッチ錠とする。【解決手段】ラッチ４０のスライドを停止させるロック位置と、ラッチ４０のスライドを許すロック解除位置との間を移動可能に配置されたストッパ８０と、ストッパ８０をロック位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材９０とを備える。ラッチ４０は、ドア１０の室外側及び室内側への開放を阻止する施錠位置と、ドア１０の室内側への開放を許すがドア１０の室外側への開放を阻止する内開き用解錠位置と、ドア１０の室外側への開放を許す外開き用解錠位置との間をスライド可能とする。 ストッパ８０によるラッチ４０のロック位置は、ラッチ４０を内開き用解錠位置に停止させる位置とする。解錠用具Ｋの押し回し操作によってストッパ８０がロック解除位置へ移動させられると共にラッチ４０が外開き用解錠位置へ移動させられる。【選択図】図１
