Summary:To secure a space for processing a cable storage tube between the cable storage tube and a cable, and enable easy processing of the cable storage tube.SOLUTION: A cable storage tube processing device has a rotor 17 rotatably disposed within a cable storage tube and assembled so as to surround a cable, a fixed ring unit assembled so as to surround both ends of the rotor 17 within the cable storage tube and supporting the rotor 17 rotatably, and a driving unit 29 connected to a driving source, transmitting a rotation of the driving source to the rotor 17, and rotating the rotor 17.
