The positive electrode 100 and the negative electrode 200 each include at least a current collector 10 and an active material slurry 20. The current collector 10 is porous. The active material slurry 20 is filled in open pores of the current collector 10. The active material slurry 20 contains at least active material particles 21 and an electrolyte solution 22. The active material particles 21 are dispersed in the electrolyte solution 22. The active material slurry 20 exhibits a viscosity of 100 mPa s or more to a shear rate of 1 s.
