To determine a purpose of travel from a travel history.SOLUTION: Travel purpose determination according to the present disclosure, is provided with: a determination rule specifying date and time for allowing use of a transport system for business, a geographical area, and a destination; and a usage history acquisition means for acquiring an entry station, an exit station, usage date and time that are usage records of the transport system, user identification information, and location information.
