To provide a vehicular seat capable of displacing a seat back while suppressing lowering of designability and entry of a foreign matter.SOLUTION: A vehicular seat includes a seat back and a back frame constituting a skeleton of the seat back. The seat back has a displacement part displaceable to the back frame, and a fixing part fixed to the back frame. The fixing part is arranged outside in a seat width direction of the back frame and the displacement part, and has two side parts extending in a vertical direction, an upper part that is arranged above the back frame and the displacement part and extends in the seat width direction, and a plate-like shield part that is arranged in the front of the back frame and extends to the rear part of the displacement part from the two side parts or upper part.
