Summary: | To provide a manufacturing method of a deodorization material capable of providing the deodorization material with suppressed diffusion of ammonia.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a deodorization material in which a solution of aliphatic aminocarboxylic acid (excluding diamino compound) whose pH is adjusted in a range of (pK+0.2) to (pK+1.7) by adding alkali is made to contact with a mixture containing hydrous magnesium silicate clay mineral and a zinc compound, the aliphatic aminocarboxylic acid is bound to a metal ion of an outer surface and a porous inner surface by substitution of crystal water coordinated to a metal ion of the outer surface and the pore inner surface of the hydrous magnesium silicate clay mineral and is carried with high dispersion at a molecular state of not large crystal or lump uniformly, and the zinc compound exists at a state generating zinc ion (Zn).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】アンモニアの放散が抑制された脱臭材を得ることが可能な脱臭材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】含水珪酸マグネシウム質粘土鉱物と亜鉛化合物とを含有する混合物に対して、アルカリを添加することによりpHが(pK2+0.2)〜(pK2+1.7)の範囲内となるように調整されている脂肪族アミノカルボン酸(ジアミノ化合物を除く)の水溶液を接触させ、前記脂肪族アミノカルボン酸を前記含水珪酸マグネシウム質粘土鉱物の外表面及び細孔内表面の金属イオンに配位した結晶水との置換によって前記外表面及び細孔内表面の金属イオンに結合させて、大きな結晶又は塊でない分子状態でかつ均一に高分散担持させるとともに、前記亜鉛化合物を亜鉛イオン(Zn2+)が生成する状態で存在させることを特徴とする脱臭材の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
