Summary:To provide a box culvert insertion assisting device that, when a concrete box is installed in an excavation hole having a narrow lateral width, prevents surrounding houses from being inclined even if a box culvert collides with a side wall of the excavation hole, does not disturb the installation work of an underground embedded structure even if the box culvert swings from side to side when inserting the box culvert, and further makes it possible to eliminate water leakage from the box culvert due to breakage of the box culvert.SOLUTION: By providing a side-face elastic body 10 on a side face of a box culvert 1, even if the side face of the box culvert 1 collides with a side wall of an excavation hole, the impact force on the side wall of the excavation hole is alleviated by the side-face elastic body 10, and the side wall of the excavation hole is not broken, and also even when there are houses around the excavation hole, it is possible to prevent the surrounding houses from being inclined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】横幅が狭い掘削穴にコンクリート函体を設置する場合、ボックスカルバートが掘削穴の側壁に衝突しても周辺の家屋が傾いたりすることがなく、ボックスカルバートを挿入する際にボックスカルバートが左右に揺れても地下埋設物の設置工事に支障をきたすことがなく、さらに、ボックスカルバートが破損することによるボックスカルバートから水漏れをなくすことができるボックスカルバート挿入補助器具を提供する。【解決手段】ボックスカルバート1の側面に側面弾性体10を設けることにより、ボックスカルバート1の側面が掘削穴の側壁に衝突しても、側面弾性体10により掘削穴の側壁の衝突力が緩和され、掘削穴の側壁が崩れることがなく、掘削穴周辺に家屋がある場合でも、その周辺の家屋が傾いたりすることを防止することができる。【選択図】図8
