To provide a decorative sheet excellent in water proofness and designability.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet obtained by laminating a base material and a decorative sheet is such that: the base material has grooves in the longitudinal direction and at least one direction excluding the longitudinal direction on the flat surface part; the decorative sheets are continuously laminated in the side surface part and the flat surface part of the base material, and a groove part provided in the flat surface part; a rate of elongation of the decorative sheet laminated on the groove part provided in the flat surface part is 5% or more; and a rate of elongation of the decorative sheet in the side surface part is less than 5%. The decorative sheet can be suitably used for a floor material; a door such as footwear door, closet door, and kitchen door; a fixture material such as frame material, casing and baseboard; and a top plate such as counter table and furniture top plate.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明が解決しようとする課題は、耐水性、及び、意匠性に優れる化粧板を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明は、基材、及び、化粧シートが貼り合わされた化粧板であって、前記基材が、その平面部に、長手方向および長手方向以外の少なくとも１方向に溝を有するものであり、基材の側面部、平面部および平面部に設けられた溝部において化粧シートが連続して貼り合わされており、前記平面部に設けられた溝部に貼り合された化粧シートの伸び率が５％以上であり、かつ、側面部の化粧シートの伸び率が５％未満であることを特徴とする化粧板を提供するものである。本発明の化粧板は、床材；下足扉、クローゼット扉、キッチン扉等の扉；枠材、額縁、巾木等の造作材；カウンターテーブル、家具用天板等の天板などに好適に使用することができる。【選択図】なし
