Summary:To provide a high-frequency electrode for medical devices which suitably suppresses adhesion of living body tissue thereto, and also to provide medical devices comprising such an electrode.SOLUTION: The high-frequency electrode for medical devices comprises an electrode part 10 formed of a conductor. The electrode part has a plurality of recessed portions 11 on a surface of a portion thereof. A portion of the surface including an inner surface of the plurality of recessed portions is covered with a solid-phase hardly-adhesive layer 12.
