To provide a motor unit including an inverter, which has a structure that can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: A motor unit 10 includes: a motor 30 having a rotor 31 that rotates about a motor shaft J1 and a stator 34 opposed to the rotor in a radial direction via a gap; a housing 20 having a motor housing unit 21 for housing the motor; an inverter 65 electrically connected to a stator; and an inverter case 61 housing the inverter, and fixed to the outside of the motor housing unit in the radial direction. The motor housing unit has a cylindrical shape extending in an axial direction. The inverter case has a first portion 61a and a second portion 61b bent with respect to the first portion viewed along the axial direction.
