Summary:To make it possible to reduce a variation in an order component of cogging torque caused by a stator core caused by a variation in manufacturing accuracy of the stator core even if it is configured by rolling and stacking a plurality of magnetic steel sheets with a stator core punched into a ring and combining multiple divided cores divided for each tooth.SOLUTION: The stator core is configured by combining several split cores formed by rolling a plurality of magnetic steel sheets punched into an annular shape and stacking them for each tooth. The split cores are configured by making sets of multiple stacked steel sheets without rolling them, and transposing and stacking multiple sets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5(b) 【課題】ステータコアが環状に打ち抜いた電磁鋼板を転積して複数枚積み重ね1ティース毎に分割された分割コアを複数個組み合わされて構成されるものであっても、ステータコアの製造精度のばらつきによって発生するステータコアに起因するコギングトルクの次数成分のばらつきを低減することができること。【解決手段】本発明のステータコアは、上記課題を解決するために、環状に打ち抜いた電磁鋼板を転積して複数枚積み重ね1ティース毎に分割された分割コアが、複数個組み合わされて構成されるステータコアであって、前記分割コアは、前記電磁鋼板を転積しないで複数枚積み重ねたものを1組とし、この1組のものが複数個転積して積み重ねられて構成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図5(b)
