To provide an on-vehicle update device, an update processing method, and an update processing program, which can properly perform update processing of a plurality of on-vehicle devices mounted in a vehicle when a plurality of update processes are given from different routes.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle update device includes: out-of-vehicle communication sections which perform communication; and an execution determination section which determines the propriety of the execution of update processes using each update program on the basis of version information on the update programs when the plurality of out-of-vehicle communication sections receive each of the different update programs from different external devices.
