Summary:To provide a radiotherapy monitor which can acquire the dose rate distribution in a body at the time of radiotherapy.SOLUTION: A radiotherapy monitor of the present invention includes: a light-emitting portion that emits light by detecting incident radiation; a radiation emitting device 2 having the light-emitting potion; an optical fiber 3 that transmits emitted light; a photodetector 4 that detects the transmitted light and converts it into an electrical pulse signal; a counter 5 that counts the electrical pulse signal output from the photodetector 4; and an analysis/display device 6 that converts the counting rate of the electrical pulse signal counted by the counter 5 into the radiation dose rate, and is characterized by that at least one of the dose rate or dose rate distribution of the incident radiation is obtained from the count rate of the electric pulse signal counted by the counter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の課題は、放射線治療時の体内線量率分布を取得可能な放射線治療モニタを提供することにある。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するため、本発明の放射線治療モニタは、入射した放射線を検出して光を発する発光部と、発光部を有する放射線発光素子2と、放出された光を伝送する光ファイバ3と、伝送された光を検出し、電気パルス信号に変換する光検出器4と、光検出器4から出力された電気パルス信号を計数するカウンタ5と、カウンタ5で計数された電気パルス信号の計数率を放射線の線量率に換算する解析・表示装置6を備え、カウンタで計数された電気パルス信号の計数率から入射された放射線の線量率または線量率分布の少なくとも一方を求めることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
