Summary:To provide a urea analysis device capable of quickly and accurately analyzing and quantifying urea in water under inspection even at low concentrations, and to provide a pure water production device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A urea analysis device is provided, comprising a high performance liquid chromatograph with a cation exchange column, and ion removal means provided immediately upstream of the high performance liquid chromatograph. Also provided herein is a pure water production device equipped with such urea analysis device.
